Victorious Festival

Returning to Victorious Festival for a second year, Portsmouth singer-songwriter Jay Munday continues to build a growing reputation across the South Coast for emotionally honest songwriting and heartfelt live performances.

Blending modern singer-songwriter storytelling with soulful vocals and a subtle folk edge, Jay’s music is rooted in reflection, vulnerability and lived experience. His songs explore themes of family, connection and personal growth, delivered through lyric-led performances that aim to make audiences feel seen, understood and connected.

Having previously supported artists including Dan Sealey, Mamas Gun and Jon Amor, alongside performances at venues and festivals across the region including The Railway Inn, Wedgewood Rooms and Music in the City, Jay’s return to Victorious marks another important step in an artist journey shaped by authenticity, community and a genuine love for songwriting.

Whether performing solo or with his band, Jay brings an intimate and grounded presence to the stage — creating moments that feel personal, reflective and genuinely human.
